Anger can often get the better of us. Anger becomes an area of concern for most when our angry outburst impact out lives or begin to impact our relationships with family, friends, coworkers or even strangers. Anger is an emotion that when we become more mindful, we can gain control over. We will also look at some basic Neuroscience behind our emotions to assist with understanding our anger better.
Anger Management techniques can be explored in individual sessions or in a group setting.
I am a Certified Anger Management Specialists I (CAMS-I)through the National Anger Management Association. Anger Management groups take place in Ms. Dwyer-Tesoriero's Staten Island office and are limited in number of attendees. Additionally, Ms. Dwyer-Tesoriero can provide Anger Management groups at your agency or organizations space. Letters of completion are provided after successful completion of the program.
