If I am a provider for your insurance, therapy sessions are usually covered by a client's medical insurance. I am in network with the following health insurances:

Medicare, Empire BlueCross/BlueShield , Beacon Health, United Healthcare, Oxford, some Emblem plans, Multiplan, and Aetna. If you do not see your insurance listed, we can explore if out of network sessions might work for you.

With these insurances, you would be responsible for any deductibles or co-pays set forth by your insurance company at the time of each session.

Additionally, I am an out of network provider for other insurances such as 1199 and Cigna.

My current session fees are as follows

$300 for a 45 minute Intake appointment.

$200.00 for a 45 minute individual session.

$250.00 for a 60- minute individual session

$400 for a 90- minute EMDR Processing session

$300 for a 45- minute Couples session

$350.00 for 60-minute Couples session

EMDR Intensives are broken down into 3 or 6 hour sessions.

3 hour EMDR Intensives for $800 which includes intake and the remaining time.

6 hour EMDR Intensives are $1600.

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, credit card, and Venmo.

For weekly sessions, I require a 24 hour cancelation notification. With less then 24 hours, I charge a cancellation fee of $150. This fee is not covered by insurance and is due at the time of the cancellation. If we can reschedule the appointment within the same Monday-Thursday work week, then I do not charge a fee. Please note, reschedules are offered according to availability of my schedule and if I do not have any other appointments available that week, the fee will be charged. If you cancel an EMDR Intensive with less then 48 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $300.
