If I am a provider for your insurance, therapy sessions are usually covered by a client's medical insurance. I am in network with the following health insurances:
Medicare, Empire BlueCross/BlueShield , and Aetna. If you do not see your insurance listed, we can explore if out of network sessions might work for you.
With these insurances, you would be responsible for any deductibles or co-pays set forth by your insurance company at the time of each session.
My current session fees are as follows:
$275 for 60 minute Intake appointment
$250 for a 60 minute appointment.
$200 for a 45 minute individual session.
$300 for a 90 minute EMDR Intensive Intake Assessment.
$250 per hour for a Concentrated IFS Session. $375 per hour for Saturday or Sunday
EMDR Intensives are broken down into 1 or 2 day options.
1 day Intensives including the pre Intensive session, Intensive time, post intensive hour session and 60 minute to write the summary are $ 2, 250
2 day Intensives $3500 and include pre Intensive session, Intensive time and 2 60 minute post intensive sessions, as well as an hour to write the summary.
3 day Intensive $5,000 and include the Pre Intensive session, Intensive time, and 3 60 minute post sessions as well as time to write the summary.
Additiontal 60 minute blocks can be added to the Intensive day up to a total of 7 hours on for $300.

Payments are accepted in the form of credit card through the app Ivy Pay. For weekly sessions, I require a 24 hour cancelation notification. With less then 24 hours, I charge a cancellation fee of $150. This fee is not covered by insurance and is due at the time of the cancellation. If we can reschedule the appointment within the same Monday-Thursday work week, then I do not charge a fee. Please note, reschedules are offered according to availability of my schedule and if I do not have any other appointments available that week, the fee will be charged.
If you cancel an EMDR Intensive with less then 48 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $750 for one day. $1500 for two day intensives or $2,000 for three day intensives.
If you cancel a Concentrated IFS session with less then 48 hours, the cancellation fee is $250.
