If I am a provider for your insurance, therapy sessions are usually covered by a client's medical insurance. I am in network with the following health insurances:

Medicare, Empire BlueCross/BlueShield , and Aetna. If you do not see your insurance listed, we can explore if out of network sessions might work for you.

With these insurances, you would be responsible for any deductibles or co-pays set forth by your insurance company at the time of each session.

My current session fees are as follows

$250 for a 60 minute appointment. (Monday through Thursday only)

$200 for a 45 minute individual session. (Monday through Thursday only)

$300 for a 90 minute EMDR Intensive Intake Assessment.

$400 for a Concentrated IFS Session (2 hours of consecutive IFS). $500 for Saturday or Sunday

EMDR Intensives are broken down into 4 or 7 hour sessions.

4 hour EMDR Intensives for $1200. $1500 on Saturday or Sundays

7 hour EMDR Intensives are $2000. $2300 for Saturday or Sundays

Payments are accepted in the form of credit card through the app Ivy Pay. For weekly sessions, I require a 24 hour cancelation notification. With less then 24 hours, I charge a cancellation fee of $150. This fee is not covered by insurance and is due at the time of the cancellation. If we can reschedule the appointment within the same Monday-Thursday work week, then I do not charge a fee. Please note, reschedules are offered according to availability of my schedule and if I do not have any other appointments available that week, the fee will be charged.

If you cancel an EMDR Intensive with less then 48 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $750.

If you cancel a 2 hour Concentrated IFS session with less then 48 hours, the cancellation fee is $250.
