Starting a private practice can seem overwhelming at first. Where do I begin? How do I find office space I can afford, if I am not yet seeing clients? Is it better to accept insurance or full fee clients? How do I get on an insurance panel? How do I get clients? As a clinician with over 12 years in Private Practice, I am now offering business consultation services for clinicians who are interested in starting a private practice.

In that time, I have helped and assisted many clinicians with these and other questions, including questions about insurances, how to schedule clients and how to establish a niche and how to market my services to potential clients and ways to scale your business.

Having a colleague to bounce ideas off of and to assist with developing a business plan can prove invaluable in establishing your business. Especially when that clinician has been there.

These sessions can be done over the phone or through a video call or sometimes in person at a mutually agreed upon place.

A 60 minute session is $150 per session.

During individual sessions, we can discuss how to go about renting office space, how to market to your ideal client, how to develop a clinical niche, how to create a business run successfully by accepting insurances, how to write a business plan, how to set rates and how to establish a cancellation policy or any other questions you might have.

I also offer clinical case consultation for clinicans who are interested. I enjoy this type of work and helping clinicians grow. I have many years of Supervision in various settings and its still one of my favorite parts of my work. This service is offfered to fully licensed clinicans not looking to acrue licensing hours, but just for added support.
